Well, after a few days of water weight gain that's slowly going away, I'm in better spirits. I did not allow the salty setback to get me down and I stuck to my plan 100%. Thanks to those who offered support. Love this site and the people who comprise it.
111.1 kg Lost so far: 15.9 kg.    Still to go: 43.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
