Slight uptick, which I'm fairly certain is the result of TOM bloat and work stress (two major projects coming to a close by early next week).

I allowed the stress to trip me up this past Wednesday, got me off my tracking. I'm acknowledging this and moving on, rather than letting one mistake derail all my efforts, especially considering I was 7.6 pounds heavier this time last year.

Keeping my head up, because the rest of me will follow ;)
75.2 kg Lost so far: 10.1 kg.    Still to go: 8.5 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
