Up three pounds in one day even though I didn't cheat. Lots of salt might be part of the problem. Not going to sweat it since I know I'm on the right track and it will eventually come off. Salt isn't fat. Water will come off with time. No big deal.
112.0 kg Lost so far: 15.0 kg.    Still to go: 44.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

I hate being a woman. Weight can fluntuate with monthly cycles too. I am just finishing my TOM and that always makes for unpredictable results. This week every month is up and down with no rhyme or reason. Chocolate could have something to do with that!
