just been reading about "weight plateu" it seems roughly every 10% of weight loss your body goes into conserve mode and thinks whats happening, where has all the food gone....then accepts and off we go again....certainly seems to be my patten...Google if your interested.
99.8 kg Lost so far: 15.4 kg.    Still to go: 27.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks - I knew about the weight plateau but not the 10% of weight loss to trigger it! Makes it more acceptable somehow and even something to mark as an achievement 👌

That’s why we need to eat at a consistent time so your body has a clue what is going on
