Small loss but at least I am back on the losing side which is a gain. LOL It always amazes me, and I'm sure others will agree, that a few days of indulgence will make you gain so quickly. What took weeks to lose will be gained back in a day or two.C'est la vie I guess. Anyway I know I must watch everything I eat and That is a fact of my life. I am determined not to just dirt but make lifestyle changes. New year, New Life. 200 lbs. is my short term goal. I want to be at 185 come New Year's Eve of this year. That is my long term goal.
115.2 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 24.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Hey, Tim. You are so right. But the good news is that fat cannot be retained nearly as quickly as all that -- so that extra weight is almost entirely just water. And even better news: water weight usually comes off about as fast as it went on. Keep up the great work, and you'll be back where you want to be, in the direction you want to be going, in no time!
