Heaviest in along time. I will lose this week.
79.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 15.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 1.6 kg a Week

I know you can do this, I've battled weight my entire life. Every day I wake up thinking I can do it. I hate walking on the treadmill but actually I hate being out in public even more so I do my walking on the treadmill. I have actually increased my time on it 30 more minutes a day. Even though I actually hate this, I do it because I have bigger plans for me. I feel like you have bigger plans for you as well so just commit yourself to you. You are the reason you want this and you deserve to be fit and healthy. Have a great day!

I know it is hard to see the numbers on the scale sometimes, but use it to motivate you and keep you focused. You can do this!

Hiya Char, glad to see you're still active on the site! I couldn't get into the site for MONTHS but finally got in for the New Year...with a hefty gain from my lapse. :lol: But it's a new year, so just gotta start it off right! I'm STILL down over 20 pounds from last year, so just gotta add a few more to the loss side of the scale. We can BOTH do this, so here's to a new and thinner us in 2014!

Don't give up! You can do it. Just remember every DAY is a new DAY!!! Once you see the numbers going down and you start feeling better about YOU, it will be well worth it!!! Make the goal small....and look ahead-see yourself in a new bathing suit or in a new pair of jeans that you would have never worn before and GO FOR IT!

Thank you, all of you, yesterday I had a great day, sugar and gluten free and NO soda. Today will be even better.oh. I had lots of water

Oh how I wish I had a dog to walk, I can remember when I was younger having a wonderful dog that would run along side me when I was riding my bike. I haven't ridden a bike in forever, actually hoping to be able to do that sometime this year. It is nice that you have a companion that you can rely on to walk with you no matter when you want to do it. More loyal than most humans when it comes to just doing what you want to do. Have fun and look to the future you.
