Arrgh. I did not stay strong as I would have liked. Time to go low calorie for a week to get back on track. I did however record all my food even though I went over my calories. I did drink my water which did help.
116.0 kg Lost so far: 4.6 kg.    Still to go: 25.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 4.4 kg a Week

Rather than just going low carb, what was the mix, percentage wise? (Fat, Protein, Carbs) Part of my problem is that the Fat% is too high.

I'm with ya, Toolmann! Draglist is right, hop back on that bike and start riding. You can get that 4 lbs right off again. No big deal. :D

I have really been trying to add more protein to my diet as you suggested. The almond milk is great with the Syntrax. Thanks for the tip. I have made up my mind to get to 200 and long term 185. That is what I weighed on my wedding day. Thanks for the support.Maybe I can give a tip that helps you one day. Have a Great New Year and the rest of the Year. 2014 is Our Year Dude. Tim toolmann1
