Gave myself an indulgence weekend this past weekend and it definitely slowed my progress. I was however able to show a small loss for the week. I have to start my walking program this weekend.
114.1 kg Lost so far: 6.5 kg.    Still to go: 23.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.6 kg a Week

Hey Toomann!!! Yes, walking, and if you can try and get some sort of weight training in. Wow, building the muscles really makes a HUGE difference in two ways: 1) Working with weights burns a TON of calories. For you, an hour-long weight training workout would probably burn close to 600 calories or more. 2) Building muscle increases your metabolic rate, so you burn more calories ALL DAY LONG! Those muscles use the most energy in your body. Increasing their size helps burn calories. It has made all the difference in the world for me. Keep going strong, my friend. You've got this!!!
