I have cut out all whites,bread,pasta,potatoes,french fries and follow low carb and I am still losing at a real sliw pace...grrrrr...

I can relate. I only have about 100 carbs a day or less (average for a person is 225-325 a day) and I’m losing about a pound a week if I don’t eat any yummy food. It’s so frustrating.
