Was dreading the weigh-in after the weekend! and what do I do Monday morning? I stuff myself! I was so happy with myself last Friday.... watched the weigh-in drop effortlessly to the 50's range now back to the 60@s again...and this week is not going to be easy either!
61.2 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 4.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
