Ate a bunch. Just listed it all as Ben &Jerry's so I didn't have to type in a bunch of stuff and could still get the calories in. First time I can remember in years not typing out every single thing. I would've been up until midnight.😆 At least I'm hitting the gym daily. Wake, coffee, gym, work forever, home and awake 30 minutes to an hour, back to bed and repeat. Long week for me. May eat less calories today. Maybe not. We'll see.

Princess, I did this on Sunday. 🤣Just put in 2 mac n cheese entries because I didn’t feel like putting all the things in. I think accounting for calories like this is ok every once in awhile. You impress me with your commitment to the gym! Have a wonderful day. 🌺💪🏼

Thanks Gibjig. Yeah larilyn. Not usually this crazy for me but the next few weeks are going to be rough. I'm concerned that I'm not more concerned with the overeating. 😆🤷🏻‍♀️

Some days/weeks are just more hectic and I agree with Gib on the calorie entries-if you don’t need to be concerned about the content of calories for other health reasons then a “shorthand” approach does the trick!

I have gotten so I don’t log dinner ingredients a lot for the same reason, recycled leftovers or something I create on the fly with a little of this and that. I often don’t cook from a recipe so I think I eat as many calories just “tasting” as I do at the meal.

That was so so funny DP!! I often estimate calories and pick a food that is that close to calories that, because not everything is listed. I think Jdstore was funny saying that is just shorthand, that’s what I’m going to call it for now on - I’m using shorthand!🤣 I agree with Gib, your commitment to the gym will always save you and keep you healthy have a great Thursday!!👍😊

Made me smile. I usually break things down into individual ingredients but last night after eating out I just found a similar dish for my entry. I entered it, then went back & increased the serving amount cause I figured all that yummyness had to be more calories 😁 Good luck today!

Welcome Hooligan— a good place to start on FS is to determine how much you have actually been eating in the past. Take a look at your portions, read labels. A portion that seems “normal” to you may not be in reality. My big advice is to buy a food scale at target or Walmart— $20-25 dollars and weigh what you are going to eat and log it. Everyone is good about trying to help as you go along.

So, what kind of Ben & Jerry's?! lol I like Cherry Garcia. My hubby likes the Strawberry Cheesecake. We don't eat those anymore. We're both trying to be smarter/healthier too, now. As long as you're not endangering your health....I say, ENJOY!!! :)

Slow Meta - Cherry Garcia is my least favorite. I'm chubby hubby all the way. Recently found a peanut butter one that was good and I enjoy Netflix n chill'd.

Maybe yes maybe no, The thing about being some hot skinny bitch is you can decide yes or no based on what you feel and you know what babe? It’s not gonna make a lick of difference in the end. Because it was one day. Sorry late pregnancy has me being a complete Internet troll from bed lately. But I feel this, I am avoiding logging a 4 pound gain. It’s both a food baby and a regular baby. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I didn’t log anything, I don’t have to know how many calories 49 plates of pasta is LOL I don’t usually eat pasta even. No regrets
