😡 My own fault. I went rogue with the Easter candy. And too many calories and not enough exercise. Can you tell that I chickened out of joining Snap Fitness?😬 I was in line for a fish fry pickup Friday and it was right next door to it. I could see people inside working out, and I just felt guilty. I still grabbed the desserts at the fish fry, though. So no accountability, I’m not doing the right thing. And I don’t know why... So meanwhile, it’s time to do the right thing and stay connected here and record my meals and work up to joining the gym out here where we moved 5 months ago. Thanks for the support. 🙂
94.6 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 19.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

May the Lord give you the will and the motivation to to join the new gym, if that's what you think is best for you. Don't feel guilty! This road is a marathon, not a sprint, and there will be hills and valleys along the way.
