Pleased to see the scale changed.
For this week I am going down to 1350 daily calories. So I’ll be working on finding satiating low calorie breakfast and lunch ideas.

This group is great btw.
68.7 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 12.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
