Yippee! On this first day of Spring 2021, I hit my target of 175lbs. This is has been a multi year goal but one that I only managed to get on top of this since January.

Now, filled with positivity, I am giving myself a new goal - get down to 170lbs.
79.2 kg Lost so far: 12.8 kg.    Still to go: 7.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
