Def a good weigh in . I never know if I will gain or lose even though I am watching my calories. I'm hoping to keep in the right direction. I'm not trying to get back to 100 just will feel more comfortable at 102 or even 103 . Hope everyone has a great weekend and stays safe.

I found that it was better for me mentally to have a range. So maybe 100-105 would be a good range for you if you think the same way? I honestly seem to feel my best physically and mentally at about 122 so my range is 120-125. If I go lower that’s fine but it gives me a couple pounds either way if the number I want to be at right now.

Is the number an issue for you? Like is the number what’s important? I focused on that a lot before deciding a range would give me less stress. I think you are doing well :).

Agree with Peeperjj - the quality of fitness is important and maybe the number on the scale less so

thanks everyone for the comments. The number isn't that important but I've gained a few and right now my favorite shirts don't fit right. I'm just thinking a few less lbs would help but mostly if I could just loose a couple of inches but I'm not sure how to make that happen so I focus more on the lbs.

Oh I get that! I hate when my clothes don’t fit right! Some articles I’ve read say doing core work will help lose the inches. It’ll gain muscle there and I found on myself that I gained a bit then lost a bit. I dislike ab work so haven’t done it lately and noticed an increase in the tightness of my pants at the waist. 😞 There’s some good info online if you have time to research it.
