Well I took a huge break to get myself better mentally after the death of my brother and father. I was an emotional mess and then Covid hit. Now I have a health scare that is telling me to lose weight and get healthy. I lost weight last time with this app so I’m going to crack on with its help.
97.6 kg Lost so far: 8.5 kg.    Still to go: 27.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

The great thing about this app -- aside from the great community -- is that if I ever need a break from tracking calories, I can just log photos of my food. It's a great way to easily and visually get an overview of how healthy overall my diet is. It's why I came back after deleting it previously. Sometimes we just gotta keep things simple.
