even though i'm down half a kilo my BF% went up by 2% back to the scale calling me Obese :0( not good must do better!! i think its due to the large carb intakes recently i knew i shouldnt have saved half the birthday cake as i cant resist it when its there in the fridge calling my name...well, doesnt matter now because i ate it all :0)
