Survived Thanksgiving! We postponed Thanksgiving until Sunday when everyone could be together. The whole meal was diet friendly. Roasted a turkey (sent the dark meat home with guests) and stuck to skinless turkey breast. Fixed a couple of types of veggies. Made a very low cal - low carb crustless pumpkin pie that everyone loved. All in all a great success. Glad to see that I still dropped a little despite taking a couple of days off of walking to watch my 3 year-old Granddaughter. We got some exercise in by breaking up several deadfalls and having bon-fires everyday to try to clean up some of the drought-killed oaks (and of course going in to town to play on the playground...lol)
