Temporary weight loss. Got a few good lifts in PA, last one with Jona before leaving him to start his new life there. Back in LA to establish a new routine. Busy day planned, which is good. Catching up on lose ends all day and through the weekend. hope everyone has been well.
64.8 kg Lost so far: 1.9 kg.    Still to go: 1.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Both a daughter and a son now settled I'm PA. I anticipate a lot of trips back east this year. We're hoping quarterly for the first year. I'm sure we'll settle in to a new rhythm and enjoy our lives in LA while they both find their way back home in the northeast.
