so i'm back in the saddle today after a lovely Birthday weekend without recording anything. i really enjoyed myself and was reasonably good compared to previous blowouts and i think this showed ion the scale this morning.

Ok so it was up nearly a kilo but after yesterdays carbathon i'm not really that surprised...in fact i'm pretty impressed it wasnt more :0) only today to get through without waking the carb monster again with left over cake i brought to share with my colleauges at work and all will be good. need to keep things in check ready for the work Xmas party this Friday!!
80.8 kg Lost so far: 26.3 kg.    Still to go: 5.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
