I experimented with a diet with more carbs and my body doesn't like it so I'm going back to my fat majority diet... the body wants what the body wants haha... I was really surprised how much on my daily intake is comprised of fats... but it's been like that for a while now and my body is used to it so... no need to fix what isn't broken
