why does it take so darn long to loose weight. 70 lbs doesnt seem much to look at the number. Then I think of all the people that can loose 100+lbs. Maybe if I gain more weight I can be one of those grand stories. what am I saying, I cant even loose 70lbs.

Slow and steady wins the race and once you get to your goal you will feel so amazing .. losing pounds is not a race .. take it day by day and stick to your goals and you will get there

Try the military diet with intermittent fasting. It works for getting over a plateau and more. I just lost 5 lbs in 3 days and will continue. Check it out. Read everything. https://themilitarydiet.com/

Losing one pound is definitely NOT a failure!! I lost .2 pounds for two weeks in a row, then went down 2 lbs! Just keep going! Even a gain is not a failure if you get right back on top of things. Keep going! You can do it! Also, be sure to take your measurements once a month, what doesn't show on the scale may just well show up in your measurements!

Yeah

You don’t get to anywhere in one large jump. It takes steps. One foot in front of the other. Slow and steady wins the race. However you can make small goals like 10lb goals. Or activity goals. Don’t give up. You got this!

Bruh don’t think like that, negativity and stress don’t help at all. Be proud of urself every day when u make a smart choice and don’t beat yourself down when u don’t. Every day is a new day, just keep trying and putting in the effort.
