wow my original Xmas goal of 80kg is so close i can almost taste it :0)will keep pushing forward and have now also changed my goal weigh to 3 kg lighter. i pondered this for a long time and am still al ittle concerned that the numbers have become almost like a challenge or sport. i will monitor this as i do not want to becom obbsessive in any way...today i am just going to revel in the happyness that i am so close to Xmas goal a whole month early :0)
80.2 kg Lost so far: 26.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
