Flucking Fluctuation lol. The Chinese Food Dinner I had last night was delicious, I watched my portions well but I am thinking I am retaining water from the sodium? Wouldn't you know it just as soon as I celebrated the fact that I made it to 145 things started jumping around the 147 148 number lol. Today I am going to drink lots of water and see if what happens. I still will get some exercise in and do a weigh in and see if that helps, it usually does.

My home is looking much nicer as I have taken the OVERWHELM to one drawer at a time. I have noticed a rare occurance around here. I literally threw up my hands and waved a white dish rag because I wasn't getting much help around here so I ignored it and started focusing on myself in 2010. I suppose this made things embarrassingly messy for my better half who seems to have waken up from his cave man mentality and has been helping me a lot more around here...Miracles Really do happen:)

Hi Lisa, we are the same age. Did you graduate high school in '80? I did and just this past Friday my oldest niece turned 31 already. I love Chinese food, I recommend the noodle dish pancit if you ever get to a Filipino restaurant, there are none in my area, but I ate that food while stationed in the Philippines and it is a favorite. I do think sodium water retention is a bit overrated, one should not have serious water retention from salt unless their heart isn't working right. Be sure you're getting enough potassium to balance things out through things like bananas and mushrooms...

Hi Lisa, my weigh in looks terrible even without chinese food:) This daily weigh in is not very encouraging.. but I keep my smiles and shall do it! I choose to have a happy day and hope you have a wonderfully happy day!:)

Glenn has a good point, I was trying to blame the weight gain number on the Chinese Food and it was actually the fluctuation:) Looking at my weight loss graph Fluctuations are quite normal for me. TOWANDA!!!!

Those fluctuations suck don't they? I was thinking about you yesterday as I also tried to get more organized and have got everything except the bedroom looking good. Bedroom not bad just some clutter to find a home for. Glad you are taking care of yourself and awesome hubby is starting to help you...have a great Sunday! I am still relaxing and then off to do my workout...

Even the healthiest Chinese I eat I retain water Lisa. Yup always happens to me I get to 175 and poof its 178 all of a sudden LMAO I really think there is a cartoon in that metal box playing with numbers hehehe. Drink up on more water then usual and get some sweating in through exercise and it will go away no fretting ok little buddy? Good great big hugs to you! Miracles do happen and glad he is helping you more WHEW almost thought I would beat him up for you LMAO. I have been doing some cleaning myself mostly my office space and none important papers and such. Chin up and get in some exercise your fine you really are!

Fluctuation is normal, frustrating, but normal..you are doing great, mind, body and spirit, always an inspiration to me. Funny, you said you were reorganizing, so am I....I am down to my bedroom, not to bad, just need to really figure out a better filing system, for the oh, so, dreaded bills, etc...Have a wonderful day.

Chinese food is one of my favorites...I tried to make it at home once and nearly burn down the kitchen! I'm now banned to only take out..which is a good thing anyway.. Two Jewish friends were eating in a Chinese restaurant. "One," asked the other, "Are there any Jews in China?" "I don't know," one friend replied. "Why don't we ask the waiter?" When the waiter came by, he asked him, "Do you have any Chinese Jews?" "I don't know sir, let me ask," the waiter replied, and he went into the kitchen. He returned in a few minutes and said, "No, sir. No Chinese Jews." "We have Orange Jews, Tomato Jews and Grape Jews, but no Chinese Jews....Have a great night Lisa....

Lisa, those fluctuations can be really frustrating which is why I don't weight everyday...just once a week. I used to weigh everyday, and then I decided that there was really no reason to, so I quit! Have a great week!
