I’m making fish tonight
Moved in with my son on Sunday trying to get acclimated. I did a terrible job on my weight before move. I was so busy with everything I ate just about anything to curve the hunger.
Now I’m here and trying to stay active.
Doing some laundry for him and light cleaning
Hopefully I will make some progress. I’m out of junk food lol
85.3 kg Lost so far: 21.8 kg.    Still to go: 17.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yay down today Making at least 5000 steps a day which is way more than I did when I lived at my other apartment I’m happy about that. Now if I can just stay away from the junk food I’ll have it made
