This week, I'm pulling away from my standard 2300 calories.

Back to 8 hours at the gym this week and bumping up to 2500 calories to see if the losses continue. If not, no biggie.

2750 on workout days and 2150 on rest days. It was 3000+ on workout days and 1850 on rest days. A little less swing in the pendulum, so let's see how this feels 👍

Heck yeah it’s always fun to experiment and to see if your metabolic set point has changed. I remember the last time I did that I increased by 800 calories before I saw movement upward. Then it made me sad because I had been leaving 800 calories in eaten a day during maintenance lol 😆

8 hours? Wow. I’d probably pass out if I tried to lift weights that much in one week lol. *slinks off to work with her wee little dumbbells*
