Broke down and ate a chunk of licorice. 700kcal worth. Probably set back my weight decline by couple days. Oh well. Toughsky thingsky.

Wow that’s some chunk of licorice. I do that with chocolate. Think I’ll have just a couple small pieces and before I know it the bag is half empty lol. But hey it happens. Life would suck if we couldn’t have those treats occasionally!
