Ty hebrews1036...i did ride..i thought about my trainer i now use...less its a recovery day..no excuses not to ride...and how i want to stick with whats working...

I have a feeling you're a lot like me. I sometimes dread starting, but the second I start, I'm in it for the duration. Great job overcoming and getting it done.

I'm planning on getting an exercise bike the next time I see one up for sale or grabs at the right price. if it's meant to be, it'll work out, right?

If the timing is right it will happen Katsolo....when i had road nikes to ride outside...i mainly bought a trainer..for rainy or cold days..other wise i rode outside...but life changed for me

I paid $100 for my treadmill and while it’s older, it works just fine. People move a lot around here. The only thing you never see is free weights. No idea why.

good luck I just started this plan yesterday I belonged to weight watchers it was working but I got tired of paying I had weight loss surgery 19 years ago but that's just a tool to get you over the jump I lost around 270# and have kept it off with the help of groups like this I need to loose about 40# my weight will always be a struggle but I Love being the size I am and feeling this good glad we are not alone on this journey. Good luck again
