it is cold here and damp. I had problems with my computer service yesterday so I didn't get to record my food so I did it this morning. I lost another pound, and I wasn't even trying! How nice not to gain a pound with out even trying, boy that is a switch.
76.2 kg Lost so far: 15.0 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Maybe our time has come to lose! Congrats on the loss! I lost another pound too but I am always afraid to record it until it stays off a couple of days. I hate the letdown if it comes back the next day. I guess in my mind I am less disappointed if I don't see it recorded.
