well... back up to my LDW from hCG. 133lbs. which goes to show that hCG stabilization really works, lol! I've relaxed my strict diet and I'm just eating good, (sort of lol) I'm enjoying the holidays! Happy Tuesday everyone!!
60.3 kg Lost so far: 12.7 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
