Whoops

I kinda fell off last night. I basically gave myself a break and let myself feel comfort in food. I dont even know what all I had so I cant go back and track it. Its one day and I know I didnt gain this much overnight. Back on track.

I felt so cruddy last night that I ended up crawling in bed for awhile instead of going to the gym. I did get in a walk with the kid and dogs though. First time in WEEKS that I felt like it was safe enough for the dogs to be out walking. I have to decide if Im going to the gym tonight or if Im going to do something virtually.
118.6 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 36.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
