I love updating the stats on my bio on Sunday mornings.

I'm not a huge fan of scale weight as the only tool for what I'm doing with my body, it is encouraging to watch the patterns as the numbers slowly drop.

It's taken nearly 3 months to lose 7-8lbs, but I've kept most of my muscle mass and lost primarily fat.

The fat is draining from my belly area at a rapid pace now and that's the first place to accumulate and the last to dissipate from.

I'm guessing I'm only about 2-3 more months away from eating 2800 calories a day again! So stoked!
