The big challenge I faced yesterday was balancing carbs and proteins. I've been trying to eat a lot of fruits and vegitables,but never realized how high in carbs some fruits are.
129.3 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 40.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
