Was hoping for a drop today but maybe tomorrow. It's all good. Trending is right. Gotta love the journey. Seeing what foods work easily (or don't) for optimization. There is NOT a direct correlation to what I ate yesterday and the scale and I need to remind myself of that.
I think I'm going to switch from Crystal Light to lemon water. With the powdered form I use, there's maltodextrin and I've seen that it pops my blood sugar about 30 points. That would mean an insulin up and that I'm not getting the benefits I thought I was from IF. I think I'll try that for 2 weeks, keep track of bs levels and then decide from there but I have to go get lemon/lemon juice first. Means I have to leave the house... :/ It's comfy here lol.
