We had a beer and wings night last night. Daring, I know. But we kept it to oven roasted (not breaded) wings and some Michelob Ultra beer, which is pretty light. It was a slightly higher calorie day but no damage was done as the weight flatlined from the previous day.
83.7 kg Lost so far: 8.3 kg.    Still to go: 11.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
