Don't know what I am going to do. My behavior is out of line. My intentions are right on.

Hang in there Ruthe, it happens sometimes but you can do this; I've been having the same struggle and I'm just trying to make it through one day at a time.

I really want to fast and I really want to find something to eat. Bah humbug!

Try Noom. It taught me things about food I never realized and I lost 30 pounds. You learn everything in 3 months and can then stop using Noom. For example, the weight of food makes you feel more full i.e. 10 grapes will make you feel more full than 10 raisens even though they have the same number of calories. The water in grapes adds to their weight in your stomach.
