Keeping this going at 1300-1550 calories per day and a maximum of 35 daily carbs. Almost all the carbs come from vegetables. Also try to get in a 4-6km walk each day. Winter makes that a bit of a challenge though. Overall, it doesn’t feel like a diet. It feels more like a lifestyle change.
