OMG, I posted a pic of my cookie I had after dinner last night. Weight stable today....so I suppose all those "carbs & sugar" were OK. The point is it was ONE cookie. I didn't eat a box of cookies. A nightly treat is part of MY WOE.

I ran into town to run errands, today. Warm (60s) & sunny so I took some time to walk around the square downtown. Hubby & I did our afternoon walk with the dogs & we got in a few extra steps. Taking advantage of this nice weather before it gets cold again...cause it will...

The ground lamb I took out for dinner is going to become meatballs and I think some pasta is in order....with a sour cream sauce...zucchini on the side. 😀😋😉
65.5 kg Lost so far: 12.9 kg.    Still to go: 4.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yeah that lady is freaking out. She just told someone else that her food looked like it was 350 calories which was A LOT to her. Maybe she only eats carrots. You now how FS is. Some people on here have not learned that you need not be miserable to be healthy. Jealous of that weather report!

I think you are doing a public service by showing that you eat cookies, sour cream and other delicious food while maintaining a healthy weight. People who promote flexible dieting made me realize that a diet did NOT have to be about suffering and cutting as many calories as possible, and people who adopt the approach and share what they do show that it's a viable option. If I thought that all I could have were salads, water, and maybe half a cookie every month, I'd be where I was last year, eating everything in sight because "dieting doesn't work".

People here are generally remarkable good at not making those kind of comments. They are obviously not very helpful and just reflect poorly on those who make them... That being said there are times when I want to comment on something foodlike... especially when forinstance people combine things that sound weird to me or in my opinion overcook something... but obviously I do not because .... well who cares. You got many nice comments on your cookie.. Remember those

Thanks, DP, Laughing C, Kat & Liv. I had a momentary lapse of being irritated by someone that doesn't understand you don't have to be miserable to lose weight & keep it off. It's all good. 😀

What you talking about. AS for me. I'm going to get my favorite cookie I've been talking about. And the only reason I haven't gotten it is because it is over an hour away. And at the end of the day. I don't see me giving up the things I like. I just need to make sure I'm maintaining. ( That is when I reach my goal).. Eat the cookie but not the whole bag in one setting lol..
