still going in the right direction :0) need to stay on track this week as we are having friends to dinner at the weekend. Am planning to be good with a couple of low cal days before (bank those calories) and then have a little more wriggle room for the weekend. i have already planned to make the Chocolate bannana souffles (which are 120 cals of pure heaven) and have fat/sugar free ice cream to go with so desert should be douable for less than 200 cals!!
83.8 kg Lost so far: 23.3 kg.    Still to go: 8.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
