Determined to stay out of the 180’s and move to 160’s on my journey to 120 or below. Eyes on the prize. Waist measured 37 1/2 inches. Working toward under 30. At my highest weight it was 42”.
79.6 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 12.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
