I think I am going to start doing a weekly weigh in like most of you do. Watching the scales everyday is obsessive and can be counter productive. I will still weigh daily, but the one that I will record here will be on Sunday morning. Unless I am not home to use my scale, then I will do it on Monday.

I'm feeling good today! I weighed in a 191.8 earlier this morning, but I think I was a little dehydrated from the tequila last night so I waited a few hours and weighed again and got the weight I am recording. I am so happy to see a loss after 2 weeks of hovering around 195. :)

Congrats on your weight change today that is excellent! I used to weigh myself daily but now I check in on Monday, midweek and then the weekend to make certain something has not gotten too out of control. I only record once a week or every two weeks. I fluctuate so much during that time it would drive me nutty to record those same fluctuations. Here’s to next week moving the numbers again in the right direction.

Wtg on your weight loss!! I weigh everyday but I only record it once a week. My weight goes up and down everyday due to fluid retention and loss, too. You are doing great.... keep it going!
