Good morning I had a great day off and this weigh in was worth it we sing some old friends we hadn't seen in a few years he owns a Greek restaurant so needless to say I had Greek food yesterday so this weigh was worth it.
121.8 kg Lost so far: 105.0 kg.    Still to go: 53.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It is wonderful to have a breather. And not a problem as long as you jump right back, I think. Great that you had a good time. Greek food is one of favourites.

Thank you and I jumped right back in the Greek food I had was made by real Greeks so it was so good I have a gyro and some baklava.

Sounds like a wonderful time. Good healthy attitude. It was one meal out of thousands still to come, so best to enjoy and move forward. 👍😊
