Gotta quit cheating. It's those darn pastries that I bring home after I've been working at Food Bank. I really need a different post. We usually have a few left over for the volunteers so why can't I resist? I use the excuse that they're for Jim. Like not. Then why do I eat them? Liar, liar, pants on fire. So I'll start over again today.
69.5 kg Lost so far: 9.0 kg.    Still to go: 3.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

It's a habit and habits can be changed. Tell yourself that day, you are NOT going to take them and walk away. The more you do it, the easier it will become. When you do it, give yourself a small reward (not food). You will feel proud of your NSV (non scale victory).
