November is almost here. No progress on weight loss. :( Need to focus on exercise and metabolism. New strategy - fruits and vegetables. Ab work in morning. run mid morning. dvd afternoon. 10000 steps a day. Chart all food. Lemon water and tea. In bed by 10 pm. Repost every day to remember all the steps and add as I think of them. Revisiting all the things that worked before and combining them. Have to work harder to offset pm. Counting off: 1
