ive upped my calories to 2800 a day to maintain my weight at 195lbs and still have lost about 4lbs in two weeks. I guess next week I'll go up to 3000 and see where that gets me. aiming to hang around 190
86.7 kg Lost so far: 57.0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
