Today Im frustrated. No gain is good, no loss is...eh. Its dumb to be frustrated though, I had McDs for lunch and chocolate last night (that I probably underestimated). So lots of sodium and fluid retention.

Today already sucks because I woke up tired and ready to take a nap. I have two back to back zoom meetings and my internet has been crappy so I guess Ill go into the office to do them.

That being said, I had a good workout last night. I missed the virtual Hiit through my gym but there was a list of the moves and a recorded version if I wanted it so I knocked it out and pushed myself. Not too bad for my lack of equipment!

Today goals:
Hit the gym tonight either virtually or in person
Keep workin those Macros - things take time and consistency matters!

Spend 15 minutes decluttering nightstand
119.5 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 37.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
