.9# loss today. IF and low carb. Still need/want to do more housework. Maybe I will get motivated today. Mostly I look and get overwhelmed ti even start. Oh well.

Set a timer for ten minutes and tell yourself you only have to work on a housework task for that amount of time. It makes it DOABLE, and often you might decide that you want to do more once you get started.

Do ONE task every day. That helps me when I'm feeling overwhelmed.

I am overwhelmed often and tell myself I’ll set the timer like Debbie said. Housework is often like a gym when it comes to workouts. I focus on one task a day for each room, but often get thrown off tasks at hand. 🙃
