I just cant push myself to work enough right now to go lower than this. when I walk I do manage to do my 8000 steps(when I do it in 2 sessions(but I just cant walk quickly enough outside)so I guess it's just not fast enough to burn more calories... I do not want to fall. the conditions of the sidewalks arent great...so I will continue slowly...it will just take a bit longer my progress.
87.3 kg Lost so far: 11.0 kg.    Still to go: 5.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

🌝gonna try. they r doing renovation work which consists of drilling all day long. going to be a long three weeks..got headphones on all the time to muffle the horrible racket...

Be very careful outside. Indoor resistance exercises and low impact workouts will help with fitness goals.

I do indoor work outs in the winter. Too cold and treacherous in the winter.
