Someone wrote a comment that the fluctuations are impossibly high. Hahaha Answer is very simple. I just consumed over calories and/or carbohydrates and how much I drank water. That’s it!
Last night I was really tired to prepare a dinner. My husband wanted to order Dickey’ BBQ. We had a happy dinner last night. Well, pork ribs and briskets are high calories and made me gained, but I prefer to select the time eating, chatting, and smiling with my husband.
