Hahaha
Answer is very simple.
I just consumed over calories and/or carbohydrates and how much I drank water.
That’s it!

Last night I was really tired to prepare a dinner. My husband wanted to order Dickey’ BBQ. We had a happy dinner last night. Well, pork ribs and briskets are high calories and made me gained, but I prefer to select the time eating, chatting, and smiling with my husband.
46.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 2.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 2.1 kg a Week

Yeah so true. Togetherness is the best. Yeah a few carbs can really make me gain "weight" but it is just water

To liv001: Thank you for your comment. It’s been a year of this COVID-19 pandemic. I realize that “Being together someone you love” is how much precious things. (Especially we are married without children and our parents and siblings are all in Japan. We don’t know when we can go there again.) I understand that trying to keep my weight and have a health-conscious behavior is very important though. Stay healthy and be safe. Thank you again.
