Migraines hit and I haven't met any goals in the past week, now back to the regular plan.
1. Exercise daily - XBX, treadmill, elliptical or outside walk for 30 minutes
2. Track calories daily
3. Focus on getting 7-9 hours of sleep per night
97.2 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
